Anyone who comes to us to discover what it is like living a life of empowerment, learn self-love, and general life guidance. Our therapists are experienced in various mental health and substance use condition, and provide a judgement free space for individuals and their families.

Tyson has been in the real estate industry since 2012. He began my career as Realtor and soon realized that wasn’t the path he wanted to continue on. In 2015 with only $15,000 in the bank account, Tyson began flipping houses. Since then he's flipped hundreds of homes. Today, Tyson expanding in all aspects of the real estate industry and combining it with mental health services.
Aaron is an active realtor in Las Vegas with with Innovative RealEstate Strategies (License # B.09698). He is also an active real estate investor and project manager involved in multiple flips at any given time. As head of operations at Ascend Living, Aaron is responsible for the rehabs, flips & holds of multiple properties across the country with a focus in Nevada, Arizona, and Arkansas.
Elias is a serial entrepreneur and community organizer based in Las Vegas. He's helped dozens of real estate agents boost their personal brands, engage more in the community and grow their book of business. Elias brings a background in tech marketing & operations to Arrow Capital with experience ranging from launching Uber & Homie in Las Vegas to VR marketing in Europe.
